I am a nutritional therapist, helping people from the UK improve their health by focusing on nourishing the body through food.
I believe in the power of food to have transformative effects on health and any imbalances in the body.
I specialise in general wellbeing and weight loss, and I ensure that health is prioritised through the nourishment of food. A well-nourished body can contribute to healthier digestion, higher energy levels, balanced hormones, improved sleep, and even improved mental health.
Symptoms or illness can occur due to an imbalance within the body, and I aim to help bring back that balance through nutrition.
When the body is balanced, then losing weight can be less of a challenge. I aim to give you simple, clear, and practical nutrition advice to improve your health and to help make losing weight easier.
My name is Chloe Robertson and I qualified as a nutritional therapist in 2018 after studying with the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). My interest in nutrition started a few years before due to some health concerns of my own.
My weight had always fluctuated throughout my twenties, and I didn’t really have any knowledge about how to lose weight. In 2013 I started calorie counting after I had gained weight again. I lost weight, but along with that I also lost my energy, I had brain fog, and I became unhealthily obsessed with counting calories.
I went to the doctor and had blood tests, which confirmed that I had started to develop an underactive thyroid and low blood sugar. I was then referred to a dietician, but they couldn’t help me in the small window I had to see them.
I started researching my conditions myself and began to notice a pattern – so much of it was to do with nutrition. I had never associated food with anything other than fuel and pleasure. I booked onto a short nutrition course in 2014 and ignited my curiosity and love for nutrition, so I decided to study it further.
Now I want to share my knowledge and help others understand how they can start taking control of their own health and to feel at their best.
My personalised nutrition plans reflect this by focusing primarily on simple changes to the diet. By working together, I can help to educate you on how to lose weight whilst nourishing your body.
